Poster Competition

A scientific poster session will be held with posters available for viewing all three days.  A poster committee will be judging posters during the session and the award will be announced on the final day of the conference prior to closing remarks.  Posters should be 30h x 40w inches landscape.  If you have a larger poster already printed that you would like to use please email the conference organizer to ensure there is a board of your size available.  A poster template can be found here.  

In addition, a selection of abstracts will be chosen to give short talks.  Poster abstracts will be accepted until November 12, 2018 and may be submitted to Erin Uppington.  Abstracts received after this date may still participate in the poster session but will not be considered for a short talk.  For abstract formatting standards please click here.

The conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency Mission Bay offering beautiful 360° views of the Pacific Ocean, Mission Beach, and the downtown San Diego skyline. Taxi and ride-sharing services are available just outside the airport. Rooms are available at the following rates:

November 1 - November 15:  $400; $300 student

November 16 onward: $450; $350 student
