A repository of useful scripts for the analysis of XFEL data.

peakogram
A script to create a 2D histogram of Bragg peaks from SFX data		 Example image of peakogram script

A script to quickly calculate hits and hitrates from SFX experiments		  
stream2stats
A script to quickly calculate data quality metrics from SFX experiments		 SFX data quality metrics 

CrystFEL scripts can be downloaded from here: http://www.desy.de/~twhite/crystfel/scripts/
If working with the central installation of CrystFEL 0.6.0 at LCLS, scripts can be found in /reg/g/cfel/crystfel/crystfel-0.6.0/share/doc/crystfel/scripts
and if you have a local installation of CrystFEL, scripts can be found in crystfel/scripts
