Biography
Pamella Lomax enthusiastically joins the BioXFEL Center, having transferrable administrative coordination experience primarily in academia, finance, and medicine.
Following graduation from the American University’s School of Public Affairs with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, she commenced an administrative career initially employed in the financial services industry. She pursued specialization in this field for several years before transitioning with the opportunity to work for a senior public accounting executive, who oversaw its national public sector practice. It was during this employment that her affinity for administrative coordination was embedded.
While in Philadelphia, Ms. Lomax was recruited to join the staff of the Section of Neonatology, Temple University School of Medicine. As an administrator, amidst the successful advancements facilitated by the liquid ventilation studies underway, her inclination for an administrative career in academia and research environments was fostered.
Following her employment at Temple, she embarked on an administrative career enhanced through health care-related administrative positions in academic medicine, acute care, ambulatory care and insurance environments.
In her key role at the BioXFEL Center, as the initial point of contact for all facets of the group, she plans to adopt a painstaking approach and optimistically apply Best Practices.
