David Case is a world leader in computational biophysics, with pioneering contributions in molecular dynamics simulations of biomolecules (via the development of innovative computational methods and accurate force fields), the interpretation of NMR (linking spectral parameters with structure and dynamics), free energy estimations, and the structure of binding sites. He is the lead developer for the Amber suite of biomolecular simulation programs.
