How do you make a movie of a single particle jiggling and wiggling with atomic resolution and ultra-fast temporal resolution? How do you calculate the energy landscape or the kinetics/dynamics of a sequence of conformational changes? What do you do with millions and millions of snapshots, each for a random orientational and/or conformational state, noisy and with artifacts? How can I use symmetry to my advantage? We will answer all these questions and more.

The BioXFEL Center is pleased to announce our Fall Workshop at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Students will be expected to share rooms and follow the standard BioXFEL Travel Policy attached here.  Two nights stay will be covered by the Center for the 28 ^th and 29 ^th of September.  Please call with your roommate at the time of booking to avoid any confusion.   These funds will be reimbursed upon submission of the UB RF reimbursement form.

FOOD:         Breakfast and lunch will be provided on Tuesday, September 29^th in close proximity to the workshop.
